What file formats does Velo support?
Velo supports EPUB and PDF files. Import them directly from your device or through the iOS Share Sheet.
How do I import a book?
Tap the "+" button in your library, or use the Share Sheet from Files, Safari, or any other app to send an EPUB or PDF to Velo.
What are the three reading modes?
- RSVP: Words are displayed one at a time at your chosen speed for focused, rapid reading.
- Scrub: Swipe to move through text at variable speed — slow down or speed up as you like.
- Reader: A traditional, beautifully typeset reading view.
Does Velo work offline?
Yes. All imported books are stored on your device and are fully readable without an internet connection.
How do I sync my library across devices?
Create a Velo account and enable cloud sync. Your books and reading progress will sync automatically.
How do I cancel my Velo Pro subscription?
Subscriptions are managed through your Apple ID. Go to Settings > your name > Subscriptions on your device to manage or cancel.
How do I delete my account?
Email hello@veloreader.com and we will delete your account and all associated data within 30 days.
